I'd stopped by Lassen in July 2000 on the way back from Crater Lake. We only had the time to spend half a day there and didn't have a chance to climb Lassen Peak. So, we decided to revisit Lassen a year later and climb the peak. This time, I went with Serene, Jessica and Leo.
