In dynamic network-centric environments an entity may require
new sets of collaborators or services as the world around it changes on
a minute-by-minute basis. Once potential partners have been identified,
it may be necessary to authenticate the suitability of the partner for
the desired purpose through mechanisms that dynamically respond to changes
in coalition membership or negotiated mission or policy objectives. This
project will develop a test framework for secure search, query, and
selection that integrates high-assurance scalable group communication protocols,
dynamic code management, and distributed trust management.
