The PBC_bce broadcast encryption library is an implementation of the Boneh-Gentry-Waters broadcast encryption scheme. PBC_bce is a free C library (released under the GNU Public License), and built upon the PBC pairing-based cryptography library.

Matt Steiner wrote the original code, amazingly before any substantial documentation for the PBC library had been written! Joe Cooley contributed the autotools configuration files. Ben Lynn made minor changes and is currently maintaining this project.
