Ray got his pilot's license sometime in late 2004 and I accompany him on his flights whenever he has space.

We flew north to Point Reyes and looped back down the Sacramento river. Because of all the rain, the hills and surroundings were a lush green. Serene saw a whale while we were flying around the coast of Point Reyes.

We flew south to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The air was much clearer this time.

The Bay Tour. We flew over Stanford and then up to San Francisco. The weather wasn't very good and it was hazy for the entire flight.
